Are you ready for your ‘baby quake’?

29 May 2013

Have you, as a new parent, noticed little niggles in your relationship that weren’t there before you had a baby?

If so, you’re not alone. Research for OnePlusOne has shown almost two-thirds of parents in our recent survey had a concern about their relationship which was not there before they had a child. Of those parents, 40% of new mums said they felt they may no longer be sexually attractive to their partner, while 25% of new dads worried their partner was no longer interested in sex.

OnePlusOne’s new report – Sleep, Sex and Sacrifice – the transition to parenthood, a testing time for relationships – looks at the problems couples may face, and makes recommendations on how couples can be supported during this vulnerable time to strengthen their relationship.
