More about OnePlusOne

We create evidence-based digital resources to support the development of healthy relationships. Our work supports a wide range of people and has a direct impact on the communities we live in. During the height of the Covid-19 lockdown, we recorded a 200% increase in people looking for relationship advice online. As a small but nimble team who had already made the switch to remote working, we were able to react swiftly and adapt. Now, as we look to diversify our income, you can play an important role in keeping us moving forward.

Our mission statement is: Relational capability for all.

We believe everyone should have the knowledge and skills to form, maintain, and strengthen relationships with the people in their lives. We empower people to do this through evidence-based training and digital resources.

Our work covers all areas of relationships, from getting together to separating, from couples and parents to colleagues, friends, and families. All of our interventions are evidence based.

We want to extend our reach and create new income streams to enable us to carry out more research and innovation projects so that we can help more people.

Our staff, trustees, and associates are fully committed to the charity’s mission, vision, and values. If you would like to join our team and help us achieve these goals, please apply for this role.

Diversity and equal opportunities

As an equal opportunities employer, OnePlusOne welcomes applications from all qualified persons. We are keen to encourage applications from people of colour, disabled people, LGBTQI+ people, young and old.  We also want to ensure that Board members come from all over the four nations of the UK. If you're interested but not sure whether this is for you, please contact us for an informal chat.
