OnePlusOne has over 50 years’ experience in creating evidence-based resources to support the development of healthy relationships.

Below you can see all of our resources – some are fully funded, while others are available for licensing.

Reducing parental conflict digital package

Our ‘reducing parental conflict’ digital package is available for license. The package includes:

  • Access to our three evidence-based digital behaviour change interventions (Me, You and Baby Too, Arguing better, and Getting it right for children).
  • Eight Getting on Better cards to encourage parents to think about their relationship and how they can communicate and deal with conflict more effectively.
  • Five skills cards for users of Getting it right for children. The new cards are designed to supplement the learning from this resource and embed key communication skills.
  • Our Debt and relationships animations and tips for talking to a partner about money worries.
  • Workforce development training.
  • Online practitioner guides and further guidance to support the use of the digital resources.
  • Regular evaluation reports.
  • Promotion pack including fliers for the main interventions and a social media pack.

Me, You and Baby Too

An online course to help couples prepare for the transition to parenthood

Me, You and Baby Too helps new and expectant parents adapt to the changes that parenthood can have on their relationship, while raising awareness of the impact of stress and conflict on their baby. Parents completing this course will develop the skills to manage their conflict more constructively.

The package includes:

  • Full access to Me, You and Baby Too.
  • A comprehensive practitioner guide.
  • Monthly engagement and usage reports.

Arguing better

An online course for reducing parental conflict

Arguing better helps raise awareness of parental conflict and its impact on children. It gives parents the skills to cope with stress together and manage their conflict more constructively.

The package includes:

  • Monthly engagement and usage reports.

Getting it Right for Children

An online course for separating parents to minimise the impact of separation on children

Getting it right for children uses Behaviour Modelling Training techniques to help separating parents see how they are putting their children in the middle of their conflict. It helps parents to develop positive communication skills, so that they can parent co-operatively and work out solutions together.

The package includes:

  • Full access to Getting it right for children.
  • A comprehensive practitioner guide.
  • Monthly engagement and usage reports.

Getting on Better Cards

These are pocket-sized cards that offer evidence-based relationship insights.

The cards are designed to be shared with parents to encourage them to think about their relationships, offering advice on how they can improve communication and reduce conflict. Parents can use the cards together or on their own and do not require any professional guidance. The pack contains six cards for couples and two for separated parents.

Drawn-out disagreements between separated parents can make children feel stressed and unhappy. This course offers essential skills for good communication, so you can: STOP, TALK IT OUT, and WORK IT OUT.

Bespoke digital solutions

We make bespoke digital and print solutions to help achieve specific goals.

An example of this would be a project we did in partnership with Brighton and Hove Council, where we created a pack called "getting on better", designed to provide snappy and condensed relationship advice based on sound evidence. 

Just the one? Avoiding alcohol in pregnancy

A free course for pregnant people and their partners

Just the one? helps couples understand why it’s important to avoid alcohol during pregnancy, and how they can manage stress in other ways. They will learn coping and communication skills to help them deal with stressful situations, through an engaging mix of videos, animations, and interviews from parents who have experienced similar challenges.

Relationship support from experts and the community

Click is a unique online service providing early intervention relationship support. Individuals, couples, families, and professionals can use Click to access helpful, evidence-based support from a secure, mobile-friendly space.

See it differently

Communication skills for parents, co-created with Good Things Foundation.

When parents argue, they don’t always see how it affects their children. This collection of videos and animations helps parents see family arguments from their children’s point of view and offers alternative ways of handling disagreements.
