OnePlusOne has a variety of resources and training for practitioners working with parents and families

OnePlusOne resources include the CoupleConnection
Our Relationship Support training is designed to give you the knowledge, understanding and skills to be able to respond in an effective way when people ‘turn to’ you with a relationship issue. Much of our training draws on our acclaimed Brief Encounters® model.
We offer a range of core and specialist training modules. More information on Relationship Support: An Early Intervention can be found on our Training pages.
We also have other resources such as the ParentConnection and the CoupleConnection sites for you to use with the parents and families you work with.
The CoupleConnection
Many practitioners tell us that when someone ‘turns to’ them with a relationship difficulty they are often unsure how best to respond or feel that to do so might be opening a can of worms beyond their scope of work .
The CoupleConnection provides resources for you and the people you work with, including jargon-free information and advice, peer support, and a live chat service with trained relationship counsellors. More information on how practitioners can use the CoupleConnection to support families can be found on the website.
The ParentConnection
Often practitioners feel overwhelmed when parents turn to them for help about issues related to separation or divorce.
The ParentConnection provides resources for you and the parents you work with, offering effective support when parents are separating or have separated. Another free service with straightforward jargon-free information and advice, the ParentConnection also offers peer support and a live chat service with trained relationship counsellors.
