Short Summary:

Stress associated with transition to parenthood can trigger a significant decline in relationship quality and as a result, this dramatically increases relationship conflict between parents. We know that the first 1001 days of a child’s life is crucial for their development so exposure to parental conflict can be damaging. Our challenge is to create engaging, evidence-based, bite size online support that is easy to use, with the aim to reduce parental conflict. The material we develop will be co-created with parents. We seek to raise awareness around stressors and arguing, to help parents to build the skills to manage arguments better and ultimately improve children's outcomes.
