OnePlusOne is a UK charity dedicated to helping families, couples, and practitioners build stronger relationships and improve wellbeing. For over 50 years, we’ve developed evidence-based digital resources and training that help people manage conflict, communicate better, and strengthen their relationships. We work in partnership with local authorities, family hubs, and organisations across the UK, bringing research-led solutions to everyday challenges in relationships and family life.
We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Customer Relationship Coordinator to support our growing network of partners. You’ll be the main point of contact for local authorities and partner organisations—guiding them through onboarding, renewals, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience with our digital tools. This role combines strong relationship-building with clear communication and accurate coordination. You’ll also play a key part in representing OnePlusOne’s evidence-based work, helping partners understand the research and impact behind what we do.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with local authority and organisational partners
• Act as a professional, approachable first point of contact for customer enquiries and renewals
• Record and track partner activity in Monday.com (CRM)
• Support contract administration, including purchase orders, invoicing, and key renewal dates
• Prepare meeting notes, short reports, and partner updates
• Coordinate logistics for conferences, partner meetings, and events
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across Operations, Communications, and Partnerships to ensure consistent and accurate messaging
• Communicate confidently about the research and evidence behind OnePlusOne’s programmes

You’ll thrive in this role if you’re equally comfortable managing relationships and handling the practical coordination that keeps everything on track.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisation and follow-through
• Experience using CRM or project management tools
• Confident handling contracts, renewals, and invoicing
• Ability to explain evidence-based work clearly and persuasively
• Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings or events
• Experience in the charity, non-profit, or public sector is helpful but not essential.
