If you are involved in Family Hubs in any of the English regions or nationally, we invite you to join us at a free event to learn about the importance of relational workforces and how you can establish one.
The government has committed funding to expand Best Start Family Hubs across the country, and has cited relationships as a key priority area. To succeed in achieving the government’s goals, Family Hubs must be ready to build effective relationships with local communities, and deliver high quality services that will help families and children to thrive.
As a charity with over 50 years’ experience in relationships, we’re excited to be delivering a webinar in partnership with the Local Government Association’s National Centre for Family Hubs which will focus on how to develop a relational workforce in the Family Hub environment.
Join us and local authority practitioners to hear what research evidence tells us about working in a relational way, and learn how relationally capable leaders and their teams are making a difference to working practices and support for families across the country.
Relationships are the foundation stones for how we get on in life. They are essential for our health and wellbeing, and critical for achieving positive long-term development and outcomes for children.
You’ll leave this webinar with practical tips to help you establish healthy working relationships across your workforce and with the local communities served by your Family Hub. You will also learn about training programmes and resources that are available from OnePlusOne to help your Family Hub workforce to deliver the best possible service and relationship support programmes at a local level.
Book your free space on the Developing a relational workforce in Family Hubs webinar taking place on Monday 6 October 2025, 2-3.30pm.
