Relational capability training

Build stronger connections in your practice.

What is Relational capability training?

OnePlusOne’s Relational capability framework brings over 50 years of relationship research into the workplace. The course is designed for anyone who works with people, helping you to explore the skills, understanding, and confidence, you need to build better relationships.

Why Relational capability matters

Having good relationships with practitioners can change the life outcomes of children and families. Relationships are vital to our physical and mental health and there is very strong evidence that good-quality relationships can help people to live longer and happier lives.

When you develop the skills to really connect with people and build genuine trust, the impact of your support is greatly enhanced. Relational capability training gives you the confidence to work relationally, no matter the context, strengthening your practice and supporting positive outcomes for the people you work with.
